Crisis Management rooted in Community Action - Peers, Practitioners, Partners

When in crisis, people want someone they can relate to. Someone who understands. A voice that “gets it”, an ear that truly “hears'“ them. People respond to people with common interests just as they do common afflictions. Prosperous communities not only serve their community but know their community. Nowhere is this more important than when working with those who have invisible illnesses, and that is why Lived Experiences was created.

Everything starts and ends in the community, each one uniquely different with specific service needs, resources and residents. While the call for help is rooted in a greater challenge, communities need experts in how those with afflictions think, process, act and react or crisis calls will only grow. Our team designs your engagement plan with you, leveraging resources and tools that exist today but which require “lived experience” to truly serve the continuum of care.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Lived Experiences offers retained services to Agencies who are building Peer Support Programs, need to add real-world experience to an existing team or simply want someone available to speak with their team members when needed.

  • Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. The team will create a custom-designed program to fit your specific objectives and community dynamics. We will deliver to you a Caregiver Resource “Call Tree” that can be added to your existing decision logic and tools native to your agencies operations.

  • Lived Experiences was founded to bring unfiltered voices to difficult topics. The mental health crisis plaguing our nation is one that can only be managed so far by clinicians and professionally trained experts. To fill the voids remaining, one person stood forward to lead us on this journey, one that requires personal experience, humility and not only hope, but tools for success.

    Someone most know for his technology GTM expertise and track record of success decided it was time to do something radically different - share his own personal mental health struggles and subsequent successes.

    Known for his passion to help people and the ability to motivate masses, his personal motivators and “soul” are what really drive him, and bringing his “story” forward will not only shock many, but inspire all.
